Leadership at the company has no strong directional visions; it often feels like the company is chasing competitors and trying to keep up rather than creating products from their own vision. Though the CEO claims to believe the best solution or idea should be chosen, ideas that come from the CEO himself are often "irrefutable." There is almost a blind following around the CEO, and those who question any plan of action are slowly pushed out.
