Pros

There are some good people

Cons

- No one is in charge - plans change constantly - no one communicates - President was too scared to tell us we didn't get a bonus this year - Bonuses are (allegedly) the same criteria for everyone, either everyone gets a bonus or no one so your work doesn't count because the company can't reach its goals - You learn through gossip days later something you should have been told directly - terrible at recruiting higher level positions - promote useless people instead - regularly promoting people that are actively disliked and distrusted by most staff - raises lag behind inflation - no one gets raises (unless they're senior levels)

Expanding rapidly from 3 permanent personnel to over 20 in 6 years, along with another warehouse opened in Alabama, and one coming soon to Dallas, Texas.

Cons

Communication and SOP (standard operating procedure) needs put in place.

Pros

Your coworkers are super nice and the benefits are great, but that's about it.

Cons

You get hired on with all these promises that are never kept. You don't get a vacation until multiple years of being there. You get a lump sum of PTO yearly with no sick leave and a point system that's extremely unforgiving. Mandatory overtime that isn't mentioned when you're hired or during orientation, but mentioned briefly in the contract you're given on your first day after you've already quit your previous job. Constantly changes things without ever consulting the employees, then gets mad if there's confusion or things aren't going as planned. Might as well quit while you're ahead if you get hired on through Express, they're just gonna fire you at the end of the probation period anyways. Have had close to 50 people quit since the beginning of the year, that should tell you how great of a place it is right there. Most employees only stay for the benefits and will tell you that if asked. Management constantly plays favorites and treats everyone else poorly. Tries to make you work during poor weather conditions unless power is out or OSHA is called. Sets unrealistic expectations for employees even with us being as stretched thin as we are. I could go on and on but those are all I can think of currently.
