Supportive team with a great culture, but very low pay - Solicitor Simpson Millar Employee Review

Still early days for me at Simpson Millar but thoroughly enjoyed the role so far. High quality cases, lovely staff, good pay and remote working.

None so far I am pleased to say!

Small team who is very understanding when you make mistakes and gives you a lot of time to learn if you’re a newbie which is great. Very safe space to learn and grow. Remote too which is very convenient. Very easy to request days off as well.

Pay is low and targets are high. Management is going to be reviewing targets at some point though and is very good at taking on feedback. Very understanding when you don’t meet targets. Not a lot of progression as far as I can tell though.
