Starting salary was good when I was hired. Flexible work week. Good benefits package.
Cons
No CRM for sales positions. Outdated processes for data/record keeping. Lack of communication throughout departments and extremely high turnover rate. Micromanaging on corporate level and impersonal practices in regard to firing/layoffs.
