      Pros

      Work-life balance is nice. Fellow colleagues are friendly and helpful. Work environment is healthy in almost all aspects.

      Cons

      The pay is a bit lower than tech companies. But as long as you don't crave for pay that much, it's a decent job to stay in.

      Software is horrible--3D Platform is awful to use 6%-23% intern conversion rate No real supportive intern program, very new to interns Going above and beyond does not put you in a better position for a return offer Management is not supportive of advancing interns to full time employees Out source most of their labor to India
