      Pros

      Huge company which provide lots of new opportunities inside the company. Many years of accumulated experience and a great profiti sharing program.

      Cons

      Most of the initiatives company-wide are "cookie-cutter" which can remove some aspects of creativity (ie what they do for their station in Baltimore is the same as they do at their station in Idaho)

      Good Supervisor, good quality work environment. Good Electronic Tools to use.

      Cons

      Not much really. Good place, need to be able to watch a lot of TV.
