      Sinclair offers great benifits and opportunitys to grow with in the company. They own a number of stations in many different markets.

      Cons

      Sinclair is a very large company and does a great job of using its resources but many programs are required to be used in all markets when they may not be the best.

      Pros

      Flexibility with my schedule to be able to take and pick up my kids from school. Great team to work with at my location. Ability to train and do jobs outside of my regular task to get hands on experience in other areas.

      Cons

      Department was restructured and my position was relocated.

      Pros

      Job can be fun depending on if you're a natural performer. You gather valuable experience interviewing others.

      Cons

      Terrible pay and culture. They will likely not pay you commission for anything you sell so do not take that on. Focus on your primary job.
