Pros
They are reinvesting into the stations now, but took a long time to get to this point. Scott Livingston is a bright spot in management.
Cons
They use the hand-me-down method for technology. Everything that Baltimore has then trickles down to lower stations. They are basically the Walmart version of TV Broadcast. They have their method of doing things and expect that it translates to every market including websites, set design, and coverage choices. Sinclair also has an extremely conservative agenda and forces their affiliates to broadcast extremely opinionated content.
