Pros
always interesting great coworkers anyone's individual experience will depend greatly on the local station they are working for. Corporate has a lot less control over daily operations than it may seem from outside. Sinclair as a whole does treat its employees well. The actions the company takes publicly do not necessarily have anything to do with how it is to work for them. internal openings are all around the country. it's easy to move up if that's what you want.
Cons
it's hard to be proud of the company itself sometimes management at a corporate level seems disconnected from reality pay isn't great, though that depends a lot on what sort of position you have. the people who work hardest often feel taken for granted. (I've seen this across all departments)
