      Company is well known. The company has connections around the country so you can network.

      Cons

      Office culture was terrible. Extremely inflexible, very unfair in our requests, yet they asked for ridiculous overtime without overtime pay. Only off for the major holidays. Almost everyone was looking to quit.

      Pros

      Flexibility with my schedule to be able to take and pick up my kids from school. Great team to work with at my location. Ability to train and do jobs outside of my regular task to get hands on experience in other areas.

      Cons

      Department was restructured and my position was relocated.

      Job can be fun depending on if you're a natural performer. You gather valuable experience interviewing others.

      Cons

      Terrible pay and culture. They will likely not pay you commission for anything you sell so do not take that on. Focus on your primary job.
