1)Anyone with any qualification can get in. 2) No pressure for fresher sales executive. 3) Salary gets credited on every 7th of the month. 4) Monthly Incentives.
Cons
1) High pressure for Middle Management executives. 2) low salary for freshers & if you have been for more than 5 years, you are just wasting your time, skills & potential. 3) No appreciation even if you have break the previous record. 4) very low employee retention rate. 5) Team leaders are pressurized from the third week after joining itself. 6) No standard policy.
