Good camaraderie within local team not withstanding poor management by top management. Kudos to local mgt for driving the culture forward and keeping the darkness at bay.

Focus not on growing business sustainably but on ipo exit to detriment of everyone. Almost Orwellian in overall culture with distinctive 2 classes of employees

– Good work culture and decent work-life balance. HR isn't out to get you and the people you work with work hard and inspire you to do the same.

– C-level management got swept up in a whirlpool of bad decisions ever since they went public in 2023. – Has over 500 employees but top-level still tries to pull the whole thing to move fast and break things like it's a small startup. The stock price is still in freefall despite their efforts. – Has lost its creative soul and integrity since the restructuring in 2024. Outsourced the creative team and now is actively trying to shove AI into everything in a desperate bit to look like a tech company (which—news flash—it isn't). — No chance for career advancement because everyone is overworked just trying to keep up with the sweeping changes from the top.
