Pros
Admin staff are wonderful. Other than that, there really is nothing positive to say. The hours are miserable, the pay terrible compared to the hours you are expected to work and the bonus is a scam and beyond insulting.
Cons
this has to be the worst accounting firm in LA. The few remaining audit partners are excruciating to be around. All of the good partners have left the firm and inadequate and unprofessional partners have taken over their responsibilities. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this firm
