The client group, interesting people from all walks of life
Cons
Always short staffed to a dangerous point. Bullying, frustrated micromanager who drove all of the good workers out and we were stuck with more agency workers. Pay was too low for London, often workers lived in worse conditions than the people we were trying to help.
