Awesome management as far as business is concerned.

Not relating well with stakeholders far abroad. But its great company.

Any pros of working at SingleComm have steadily diminished over time.

The CEO is toxic and short-sighted, often belittling and bullying employees. Poor work–life balance; I now understand the concerns raised by recently departed engineers. It's my understanding that dedicated engineers were terminated in a manner that prevented them from accessing unemployment benefits.
