Pros

* Amazing product with a lot of potential; incredibly exciting to be working in the product organization at this time * Talented team of people across all orgs. who work incredibly hard and go great lengths to reach success * You will never be bored & always have new challenges ahead of you (in the best of ways) * There are opportunities to grow and pivot across roles * My experience has been that good performance has been rewarded

Cons

* Burnout is real. It's a startup that's growing, which means you wear many hats and have an incredible amount of work to do at a given point in time. This is exciting and challenging, but it can get heavy and hard to balance it with life in general. Would recommend leadership do more to look at burnout across their orgs. * Leadership and management don't address the issue of poor performers fast enough. This brings down morale for people who are performing. * We are a small company so this is challenging, but we don't seem to have any leadership driven goals or plans to address diversity issues.

The company offers strong learning opportunities, especially for those interested in technology and

Cons

Focus on creating a culture where employees feel respected, supported, and valued. Take employee feedback seriously and hold managers and team leads accountable for how they interact with their teams. When employees raise concerns or ask for support, ensure those issues are addressed with meaningful action rather than being overlooked. Better communication, transparency, and leadership accountability would help build trust, improve morale, and strengthen employee retention.
