Pros
Good colleagues, nice working environment, no much pressure, surficient lunch break time. Have good canteen available, nice coffee and tea available.
Cons
No fair opportunity if you have no "background" or no relationships with some key management leader no matter how capable you are. Lots of red tapes. No effective KPI incentive system. Even the laziest one can get higher salary than you. Completely poor management. No communication from top down.
