      Pros

      Great place to work with lot's of opportunities to grow and develop as an employee. Management encouraged out of the box thinking.

      Cons

      Limited funds during my time there to really make strategic investments. The transition of fab to fabless model took too long with too many mistakes

      Pros

      Generally a good group of co-workers and pretty human - oriented place to work. Management was pretty much a good bunch.

      Cons

      Long period between reviews. This made it difficult to keep on putting out an excellent effort when you knew you were not going to be recognized and given a raise or promotion.
