Pros

I owe Sir much gratitude for believing in me as I graduated college. It takes trust at first sight to look at a recent college gra and invite them to work for you. This team did just that. I started as an intern and met the cast of characters that was Sir Isaac at the time. I am happy to say I still see them every now and then for we grew very close. The team trul cared about one another and the experience I gained was unparalleled. I dare to say I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for Sir Isaac and specifically its CEO. We had a diversity of accounts and I got to do things I would never had the opportunity to do elsewhere as a recent college grad. The location is awesome, and I grew to love Salem as much as everyone else. I still even go there to visit the shops now and then. Sir Isaac was truly a life-changer for me and I doubt many others would have offered the opportunities I had there so early on in my career.

Cons

A team so close-knit this close-knit sometimes acts as a family in the good and the bad. We disagreed on many things but provided quality work after working things out.

Pros

With so few people you become very close. Pay isn't too bad for out of the city and you get lots of free lunches and booze. And its very flexible with hours, so youve got that going for you. Being in Salem is really cool if you live over that way. Good to learn for a little while if your younger or need experience

Cons

Ever wonder why a 6 person firm has so many reviews? Because the owner is so obsessed and keeps begging people to write them . Not because its well liked. More drama in a day than you see anywhere in a year... with more talking behind peoples backs than you could ever imagine. And the turnover rate is insane, almost everyone quits after 6 months so the team is never even the same because nobody can stand it any longer. I couldnt even count how many people I saw in and out in my time there. Relationships get bad fast with employees and clients too. Lots of burning bridges. Chances are you wont be given the freedom to actually do your job, youll just be treated like a monkey. Definitely the most miserable and most unprofessional place I have ever worked. Never thought I would write a review on this website but all these overly nice ones are just ridiculous
