Pros

A nice office, good perks (breakfast bar, coffee machine, towel service)

Cons

The future is not clear after the only product was sold. Management is trying to bring their megalomaniac dreams to reality by micromanaging all aspects of development. The company is playing rename games on all levels - on products, company names, positions etc.

Thanks for taking the time to give your feedback. We're glad you enjoy our amazing office in The Rocks and the employee perks of the breakfast bar, coffee machine and towel service! They are popular benefits in addition to the monthly BBQ's, active Social Committee and award winning Health Week initiatives. We're sorry to hear that your outlook on the company isn't positive. I would love to chat through it with you so that your feedback is not wasted. Would you consider dropping me line at alex.pusenjak@sirca.org.au I'd really like to understand what your experience at SIRCA has left you with. We can only improve when we understand where we have gone wrong or fallen short so this is incredibly valuable. I do understand, however that you may prefer to remain anonymous, in which case perhaps you could call me on my personal mobile: 0497 222 520 Thanks again for leaving your thoughts on here and I do hope you will contact me to provide some further insights that will help us make improvements.

Pros

Sirca can pay well depending on their staffing levels and the skills needed. It always tries the newest and latest technologies making it a good place to learn. Sirca is a good stepping stone for sought after employers and positions. Sirca has a nice outdoor area to the office overlooking Circular Quay from the Rocks. Sirca is a culturally diverse organisation accepting people of all walks of life.

Cons

Sirca has a continual churn of staff that creates endless operational impact. Frequent sackings and resignations are followed by desperate hiring. Napoleonic senior management are only focused on perception management and don't look after their staff. Large teams are dominated by small, informal and entrenched cliques. Sirca survives on tenterhooks in the shadow of a larger external organisation.
