Pros
In general the people are nice. The client treats you well generally.
Cons
Not forthright. Nor do they really know how to sell, get new client, don't trust their employees.... No 401k match. You can buy Obamacare for the same amount you pay for their insurance. Vacation time is only good for salary which few will get. They will not be straight with you. They will spin positive on amount of work or spin positive on your suggestions. Every time you offer anything, they will tell you the industry doesn't work that way.
