Starting my tech-sales career at Siro has been really solid. Been super grateful for this opportunity. The work/life balance is real, and the team is great. They’re intentional about bringing on low-ego, sharp, high-performing people, which makes the day-to-day genuinely enjoyable. The new office is super nice, and the benefits have been a big plus, too. Also - tons of opportunities for socializing at happy hours + events to meet and hang with other Siro teams. Monday + Friday WFH option!
Cons
There’s definitely a lot of travel in the BDR role, hopping around the U.S. for conferences and events. It can get tiring, but it also keeps the work really dynamic and interesting.
