Working alongside such talented professionals is incredibly motivating and constantly pushes me to develop my own skills. The work is meaningful, and the projects are challenging. I feel my contributions are valued and directly contribute to our success. We operate in a highly competitive market, which means we are constantly challenged to innovate and execute at a high level.

The product is broken, the clients are leaving, and the employees are ridiculously stressed and frustrated. No one wants to see this reality, but I am highlighting it here to help people see through their lies. The leadership needs to act ASAP if they want to save the company and the future of employees. Otherwise, this ship will sink soon. All the good employees have left or are planning to leave quickly. I was one of them as I saw things would never change. As an employee, one feels ridiculously powerless. You don't have any authority, any control over the chaos and the worst work-life balance. Each day you hope things will change, and each day you get terribly disappointed. It's a sad place to be.
