      Friendly staff, discount is ok

      Cons

      The CEO is his own worst enemy. Micromanages things, rather than trusting his staff to get the job done. He lack the self awareness required to run such a business. It does well, in spite of him.

      Pros

      Working at Sister Jane was a rewarding experience. The company's small size meant I had the opportunity to take on diverse responsibilities, allowing me to grow and learn beyond my initial experience. The team was fantastic, and I enjoyed working alongside the CEO.

      Looking back on my time, I see very few.

      Cons

      Me and everyone is depressed. Everyone complains, cries and is negative all the time due to the mean and horrible CEO. I am desperately searching for a new role, and so is everyone actually. Do not be tricked into working here.
