I really appreciated how organized the onboarding was. Instead of being thrown into the deep end, we got a full tour of all the products and a chance to test them out ourselves. It turned what could have been a challenging start at a big company into a really smooth and welcoming experience.
Cons
Information density. While the onboarding is great, the sheer volume of products means it takes a while before you feel like a true subject matter expert. It requires a lot of patience and continuous study in the beginning.
