Lied about potential salary, Toxic environment, Massive turnover, Awful pay, Cut throat sales quota, Unrealistic sales expectations, High expectations for metrics while still expected to carry out other mundane tasks that don't apply towards your metrics

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We try to be extremely clear with our expectations and the opportunities available to all employees. While you may only see an opportunity to earn less than $35k, the average earnings for our sales team is significantly higher. We are a pay for performance company and we have high expectations of our employees and we insist that they have high expectations for us as a company. Sales quotas do increase over time as we provide our sales consultants with a ramped quota for the first few months as they build a pipeline and get a better understanding of the customers and products. Our leadership team is dedicated to providing all of our consultants with feedback and coaching to help them improve. We are dedicated to developing our employees and providing them with an environment that supports their growth. We are very open to everyones feedback. Do not hesitate to share your thoughts with the senior management team or our HR department.
