As it is growing company so it has to compete with its similar companies with its full strength.

There is not a signal benefit which I can mention here, this place is the worst place to work

The worst place to work. They locked me in a room and started saying that I am a thief. Checked my phone and took the screenshot where I was not even aware of anything. They took my phone and asked me again and again for the phone pin and then took the phone outside the room and locked me with an old lady. Who was just forcing me to pay the dues of the candidate? They don't have any policies and they make policies according to their convenience. They were their employees to work as a labour and then ask are you labour. They were asking me to serve a notice period which I haven't seen with anyone serving but they were forcing me to do the the same where I even not ask for my pending salary or the incentives. If there is any word above the worst I want to write this to them.
