Pros

It completely depends upon which team you are working. If you are working under Ashmita Chatterjee's team you are working in hell.

Cons

SitusAmc has a very bad work culture. You can not go for lunch or dinner break also. Company is not able to provide fast system. But Manager Ashmita Chatterjee asks members to come before shift timing and always threaten members of firing ,like this is her own company . There is very toxic work culture on floor. She enjoys this sadism that members are afraid of her. She does not know how to manage a team and always try to bully members and management is not taking any step for the same. Management can not provide basic resources like food, security in Bangalore office but they can keep a manager like Ashmita Chatterjee to make life hell.. If you are not well and suffering from sickness still you have to come to office and leaves will not be approved. In Situs you can do only boot licking and getting promoted without any talent. Manager Ashmita Chatterjee is a perfect example of the same. Do not join this company where people like Ashmita Chatterjee become manager and enjoys bullying her team members..

Pros

1 Star thanks to some of the colleagues I got to know and who helped me endure a toxic culture. I strongly advise against considering this organization or accepting any position.

Cons

The management team consistently demonstrates a lack of authentic leadership, integrity, and ownership. Decision-making is reactive and politically driven rather than strategic or principle-based. Accountability is routinely deflected downward, with little transparency around failures or course corrections. Communication from leadership lacks transparency and courage, creating an atmosphere of mistrust and disengagement among employees. Despite ample opportunity for self-reflection and growth, the executive culture continues to prioritize image management and messaging over genuine performance and ethical leadership.
