      As it's a small team, you get many chances to try many kinds of things. It's really beneficial especially if you are new to this industry

      Pros

      Ok office. Nice surroundings in a nice area.

      Cons

      On first impression the company appears friendly and happy, but the atmosphere soon changes to one of where everyone is fearful for their jobs, and there are a lot of egos competing to suck up to the CEO, who is on his own ego-trip. Expect to be paid low wages for hard work under the veil of a "team".
