Pros
There are some bright moments at Six Pack Shortcuts. The video team is incredible with how they make chicken pie out of chicken sh!t. There are also free energy drinks, free coffee, ping pong, a basketball game and if you're lucky, a t-shirt. They do give people a second chance if you've got a record from somewhere in your past. Some of the guys need this second chance, so I'll give one shiny star for that.
Cons
The atmosphere of the environment is insufferable. The employees talk behind each other's backs and mostly about their supervisors. The management (aside from the sales team and video team) is completely dysfunctional. Your supervisor will give you one set of instructions for a task, then their supervisor will give you another set of instructions, and the CEO will give you yet a third. You will be offered a salary that will be valid after your 90 trial period, but you'll most likely be gone before then and only making 60% of what you were offered originally. The required hours are M-F 10am-7pm with a lunch from 1:30-2:45. You may be asked to work overtime without extra pay. If you arrive early (say 8:30a) you will still be required to work until 7p...if you do not, you will be told you're not a team player. Also, don't be honest about how you feel about the company, they let you go for that. They constantly ask employees to give high ratings on Glassdoor. But, read the reviews, you'll see that nearly each person has been at SPS for less than a year. People simply do not last at this company. Finally, their products do not deliver the promised level of performance. Read the label, research the ingredients, find out for yourself.
