Pros
The pros at working at this company are you get free monsters and PB sandwiches. You can wear whatever you want and there is a small gym to workout at. The co-workers are second to non considering there are plenty of awesome sales reps you will meet with a few who that just do not know how to conduct themselves properly.
Cons
The truth, the bad, and the ugly. The "2 hour lunch break" is really an hour and a half. There are a lot of politics and favoritism at this job and most of the smart people there see right through it. They will advise you to work on your days off to meet quotas. As a 100% commission salesman they want you working 6 days a week from 9-7. The retention rate is extremely high because people either research their way out they don't want to deal with the inconsistency. A lot of the people you will be working with could not get a job anywhere else because of there record (ex convicts). There has been a culture of stealing of personal items so be weary. They will sell you on the idea that you can make a TON of money there, which you can, but only a small percentage are making real money. The system is designed to make sure all managers are making 6 figure incomes as well as their top 3 grossers. You might think well there are all these good reviews, correct. They were all given a free T shirt or some sort of compensation for it. There are multiple sources that would agree with everything I am saying including some of the people still working there.
