It's flexible. So much to learn. Moral boosters through the year. Safe. Clean. No one stares over your shoulder all day. But people always take your calls for questions. Great engineering training program.
Cons
Biasis throughout upper management. Need to know someone to be heard. Constantly changing things and the different parts of the company don't like to get along. Refuse to actually hire a quality department and just shove it off on everyone to add to their work load. With no training.
