1. This company will provide you growth oppurtunities. 2. It will allow you to work and contribute in any other department also, but oviously not by sacrificing the primary work, but all are open to work in other departments. 3. Company culture is such a wonderful culture that no words can describe, 4. All memes one hears about corporates; things like toxicity, micro management, bad infra, unclear policy, faulty and useless formalities, harami seniors and managers; all such things don't apply here at all. 5. Seniors and managers are really friendly, well behaved and open to help everyone. 6. Company maybe categorised in small category in MSME categorisation, but still udyam registered company. 7. Its a small company, but still has huge presence in steel, oil & gas, green energy & power sectors, both government and private clients in india and overseas. 8. The company is also ambitious, always open to adapt new technology and ideas. Its founder, by god the best person I have ever met, he eats with us & haves fun with us. 9. He is also highly fit for a person of his age, & also a motivation in the company for his fitness. 10. Also there is as such dress code, You can wear formal, or also jeans, tshirts and crocs as well. Yeah that does not mean you will come like a chapri. Be descent. Company is decent with you, you also be decent with the company. **Note - I did not write this review by company instructions. It is an honest review, you believe it or not** ##If you don't believe then just go to the thela where most of the employee of this company go to have cigareetes. He know it better as well

1. Sometimes sytems are not provided to employees resulting employees to bring their own systems. This is very rare like out of 100 only one or two. Those people have stopped asking also. 2. Again not a major con. Salalry of a month comes in 7th to 15th of the following. 90 % times salary comes by 10th of the month, but still flucatuates sometimes. But not such a big problem. Salary will come no matter what will happen.

Very Open environment and laid back nature of working. Lots to learn.

No proper hierarchy, which sometimes leads to operation issues.
