Pros
SixSpeed was a damn good place to work. I only left because I got an offer to write ad campaigns in a warmer state. But I really liked SixSpeed and its people, as well as management's approach to building a great work environment. The company knows its strengths and builds around them. As it grows, they'll only do greater things. People were young, but pretty smart and thoughtful. No arrogance. Andi seems a trustworthy leader. Maybe it's a Midwestern thing. Idk. I dig it. Great work-life balance. Almost too much sometimes, if you're accustomed to ad agency churn. Plus, snacks. God, the snacks. Hella snacks. Snacks for days, Joey. Anyway, I'd totally work there again in another life or whatever.
Cons
-A little too much emphasis (for some people) on doing simple production work. -Occasionally, just turning over ads with little fight. -Never got to ride the machines :( -The environment and the opportunity outweigh any of the above.
