Pros
It's a good place if you want to surfing in the coin and earn a non sense amount of money, amazing fleet of high class brand cars, international team
Cons
Work under high pressure, no real teambuilding, just rewarded if you reach the top sales against the rest of the branches. Not real empowerment from managers, they criticize you even the minimum mistake. They persuade us to force the customer to review the quality of the company with 5* through the cu.experience questionnaire, as If the only thing relevant were our profesional skills and excelente service as rental sales agent, while in fact what the cu.has to value as well is the competence of the branch and disposal, and many times It goes wrong due to the lack of employees, despite the amazing fleet they have. No work/life balance or stability due to timetables and the continuous personnel rotation, and less in high season, where you end up exhausted after each schedule, being forced to dress in high shoes and suit instead of the check in role uniform, even in Parking area, where we develope most of all technical and phisical activities, unconfortable as much. Night shift hours are not payed as more, It only counts the revenue you might get. Difficult growing up prospection, unless you fit in an specific profile, well known by them, I have seen many times how good talents were gone for not being encouraged during their pass in the company.
