Pros

Get to ride in luxury cars, company usually has great work trips internationally, if you have a great manager it's awesome. If your manager sucks its miserable. Lots of good camaraderie between offices when you build those relationships.

Cons

Wearing the uniform and cleaning cars, running around and doing everything is rough. As the Sr leader onsite expect phone calls at any hour of the night or weekends when something goes south. Busier around holidays and taking time off can be tough with smaller locations and overworked staff. Minimal coaching from my final boss but again like anywhere you work from having a great manager makes all the difference. Corporate continues to raise the metrics so expect to be having to answer for your numbers on a country wide phone call or meeting regularly.

Pros

It's an unrecognized job by management, they don't care about you unless you make them more money so they get bonuses. All they care about is performance metrics, no matter what you do to your co-workers.

Cons

Expected to work in an outdated color arrangement that is mostly black. When it's 100 degrees out, on hot asphalt, not ideal. They expect you to log the tiniest damage so that they can bill the customer. Do they not take depreciation on the cars. Their fuel gages are wonky and don't work right. I believe they are charging customers for fuel when they shouldn't.
