      Paid training down at HQ in Fort Lauderdale, Florida / Decent base wage with nice commission structure for established locations / 1 week vacation time first year and 2 weeks after / full benefits

      Cons

      Heavy hours with no consideration / heavy favoritism / some management incompetent to perform their duties correctly / drama filled environment / little to no tolerance for taking days off / when a location opens it is often poorly planned out for the success of the location

At Sixt it is our priority to acknowledge PTO and hours worked for every employee. Full time employees should only work at most 40 hours a week unless our management team asks the employee if they would be open to overtime which will be paid accordingly.       Depending on branch and setup you work outside and deal with weather in your locale.
