      Pros

      Management will use any excuse to buy food.

      Cons

      There are a lot of areas that need serious attention. I would first begin by evaluating the HR department. The success of any company relies on your personnel. The HR department is not to be trusted, and very unresponsive to employee needs.

As a start-up in the United States there are areas of improvement that we are working towards. Thank you for pointing out HR. We completely agree that a company relies heavily on its personnel to be successful, as does Sixt. In the U.S. our HR departments are spread across our two headquarter locations in Scottsdale, Arizona and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, therefore, there is support available to our employees on both coasts.       It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.

      Steady pay and hours but the work is busy some days.

      Cons

      Depending on branch and setup you work outside and deal with weather in your locale.
