Great Company Culture - Server Sixty Vines Employee Review

Overall culture and teamwork was great and added to the workplace.

No cons I loved my experience there.

Environment, money, level of professionalism, Honestly one of the better restaurants to work for.

No last call. Could be 1 minute before closing and everything is done but the CEO instructed that we must accept people one minute before closing. CEO expectation that we should provide suit and tie level service. CEO changed start times on major holidays from (11AM normal) to (9AM). THANK JEFF I definitely didn't want to see my mom on mothers day! CEO is clueless. Also mass quitting of new hire managers which is not a good sign.
