- Not exactly a con but the team works very quickly across many initiatives; you have to know how to communicate efficiently and effectively. This is a consulting firm after all so both externally and internally, you need to be the type of person who presents recommendations and potential solutions, not empty problems - Again, not exactly a con, but the best Skaled consultants have strong, prior experience managing complex engagements with many stakeholders at once; you need to be comfortable owning your work and your client relationships - Skaled is an amazing place for entrepreneurial people who take ownership and accountability for their work. It may not be the right fit for everyone!
