Fast paced environment Trust that you'll get the job done. Extravagant Company parties One of the biggest construction companies good benefits Extremely safety focussed. good potential for growth in the company.
Cons
Over worked (60-90 hours a week) No overtime compensation (I brought this up to management and they simply said "you get paid to get the job done") No "breather" time - Always pushing you to get the next thing done. No work-life balance - at all. most people get in at 5/6am and leave at 6pm. Stretched thin at job sites. Start with only 1 day/month of vacation. No formal training program - you are literally just thrown into a project and have to figure it out on your own.
