Skanska is a professional, well organized, and successful organization. They hire and keep great talent, take care of there employees, and are well respected. For being a large organization, they communicate well and give you a good sense of global operations and events.
Cons
There are not too many negatives that come to mind. Work/life balance may be difficult depending on your team members, but they have a work hard play hard mentality.
