Pros
Skanska is safety focused and the needs of the individuals are met with patience and respect. Starting the day with a 'stretch and flex' and a construction plan overview, and having supervisor inspections throughout the day keep the job running smoothly. Focusing on ethics and inclusion has also been inspiring.
Cons
From the standpoint of an employee who is not in the office: There is not enough access to in-depth training and explanation of important details such as blueprints, construction plans, and overall project trajectory/goals. Having more information, possibly through the Skanska website or other online locations, could alert managment to potential issues or concerns before they become problematic.
