      Pros

      Fine pay, good benefits, exciting projects, not all but most were challenging and lasted two to three years, some excellent senior majors.

      Cons

      Old boys club exists, helps to be in with the in crowd. Very corporate atmosphere senior management continues to mix up some departments looking for a formula that works.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
