      Very good place to work, have a variety of different opportunities available straight from the start and are happy to give you responsibility over projects

      No cons to date, maybe appreciating staff's hard work through a bonus scheme however apart from this very happy working at skanska

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
