      Pros

      They offer a work environment that is all inclusive, diverse, and safety placed first. They truly care about their employees and you’re more than a name making them money. You’re part of a brotherhood/sisterhood with these guys. The whole union actually but Skanska is great to work for

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
