      Excellent training program and keen to support you in all areas. a friendly bunch of people that all seem to enjoy working for them.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
