      My peers are amazing, really driven and want to do their best.

      Cons

      The pressure and unrealistic expectations drive a toxic culture. The long distance commutes are a nightmare and the lack of good role models is sad as is not having a way of progressing within your field.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
