      Excellent staff and positive work environment on most jobs. People are positive, patient, and driven.

      Cons

      No mentoring. Leave you to fend for yourself and have unrealistic expectations. Do not provide the proper resources and fail to utilize their employees.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
