Pros
Good wage, free food, constant superficial and seasonal changes to keep things fresh, ill-defined missions statement means there is opportunity to influence direction.
Cons
Bad top down communication -you're often left without clear direction ahead of time and need to play catch-up-, highest members of staff seem to keep their distance from the riff-raff below until they want to directly intervene for the worse. Can lead to sudden firings or reshuffles that cause further issues.
